Yes, please bring your ticket with you, we do not have the names of everyone with a ticket so you will need it to get in.
It’s Christmas! For the evening the dress code is ‘Festive’. It doesn’t mean you have to go all out on the Father Christmas outfit (you can if you want to) but festive colours and maybe a bit of sparkle would be great. Please remember you will be dancing a lot in the evening so keep that in mind when you choose your outfit.
You WILL need a change of clothes unless you plan to go home during the break to change. For the workshop we would encourage you to wear your class T Shirts and footwear that is suitable for dancing. The dance floor is a parquet floor but leather sole shoes or dance shoes are always the best if you can.
There will be raffles and ‘irish’ bingo that you can choose to take part in and we will be selling tickets for them so please bring along a little cash for that. There is NO requirement to bring along any prizes for the raffle as already have that covered.
Once you enter the Sheldon grounds continue straight ahead and just before the buildings in front of you turn right and park on the concrete playground. Please note that parking spaces are not marked so please be considerate how you park.
Getting Here: Sheldon School in on Hardenhuish Lane in Chippenham. If you are coming from Chippenham turn right at the roundabouts by Lidl and take the FIRST signposted entrance for Sheldon. This will be signposted as you turn into it as the ‘staff’ car park. If you are coming from the A350 roundabout, turn right at the first set of traffic lights and continue past Hardenhuish school, past the main Sheldon entrance and turn left into the staff car park.
There are several but keep in mind it is Sunday. The closest shops will be the M&S Simply Food petrol station, Morrisons Petrol Station and the Chippenham Mcdonalds/KFC
You are encouraged to bring your own food and Drink for your own consumption. There will NOT be any food or drink for sale at the party
There is a break between 4pm and 5:30pm. You are welcome to stay on site and in the hall if you wish
